Welcome, my
name is Jim Nelson, I am with Long and Foster Realtors 6862 Elm
St. Suite 100 McLean, Virginia 22101. I am an associate broker
and sell millions of dollars worth of real estate each year. I
have been a Realtor for 18 years and sell condos, townhouses and

EXPERIENCE I join First
Team Estates in Newport Beach after several
years of Real Estate Sales experience with
Coldwell Banker and a privately owned Luxury
Home Specialist Cashin Company. Before
Selling, I spent time as an Administrative Executive and
a Marketing Coordinator for one of the most successful
Broker Associates for Coldwell Banker.
EDUCATION
I have attended private school ever
since First Grade and continuing through Graduate
School. I earned a "Bachelor's Degree in Communication
Studies" from the University of San
Diego. Looking for more development, I returned to
University of San Diego in 1999 and graduated in 2001
with a "Master's Degree in Leadership Studies."
REAL ESTATE TRAINING
Experience is the best Training in
Real Estate, but Formal Real Estate Education is the
best complement to experience, thus giving the best
service in a transaction. I have attended Anthony's
School fulfilling all courses for a Real Estate Broker's
License including, Legal Aspects of Real Estate, Real
Estate Finance, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate
Economics, Real Estate Accounting, Real Estate Practice,
Principles of Real Estate, and Real Estate Brokerage.
Furthermore, First Team Real Estate rewarded me with the
opportunity of attending their Leadership Development
Training, which I completed in 2004.
