Crochet CacheThis is a very simple project that looks great when finished. It is a good
beginner's project, so for the beginners, the instructions will be written out with the
abbreviations provided also.
Size = 5 1/4 inches in diameter
Stitches used: Chain, Single Crochet, Double
Crochet, Slip Stitch
Materials: 4 ply Worsted Weight Cotton Yarn such as
Sugar and Cream (one 2.5 oz ball will make several coasters), Size E crochet hook |
 |
NOTE: The reason for the slip stitches at the beginning of
a row is so that you do not have an obvious line where the the rows are joined.
Experienced crocheters may not need to do this, but I like the appearance it gives.
